Whether you are a total
beginner to shooting or simply need some assistance with
particular shooting problems, we have qualified clay
pigeon shooting instructors at hand to help. |

Shooting Instruction for Beginners / Novices |
|
We
have four Scottish Clay Target Association (SCTA) qualified
instructors on-site to provide training for novice shooters.
The
training will involve advice as well as practical experience on how
to get started in the sport of clay pigeon shooting, how to safely
handle a shotgun and how to successfully hit moving targets.
With a
variety of traps on offer the instructors will start you on basic
incoming and outgoing targets and as you are comfortable you will
then progress on to crossing targets.

Shooting Instruction for Experienced
Shooters
|
|
Our
instructors will work with you to establish what your shooting
problems are and will be at hand on a one-to-one basis to offer
practical advice on how to resolve these issues.

The clay
pigeon shooting layouts at Foymore Lodge are available for use by those with a
valid Fire Arms Certificate (FAC) for the shotgun they are permitted to use under
the terms of grant of the FAC. All shooters must be 18 years old or over. |

cartridges MUST be used on all shooting stands at Foymore Lodge. |
